  • PROPERTY AND LAND SALE
    Percentage on price bands:
    - less than €100,000 = 8%
    - from €100,000 € to €140,000 = 7%
    - from €140,001 to €180,000 € = 6%
    - from €180,001 to €220,000 € = 5%
    - over €220,001 = 4%
    At the expense of the seller or the buyer according to the drafting of the mandate with a minimum of €5,000.

    T1 and T2 = €4,000
    T3 and T4 = €5,000
    T5 and + = €6,000

    PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE RATES
    Basic fee rate = 8% of receipts
    Insurance of unpaid rent = 2.5%
    Insurance management fees = 1%

    RATE OF RENT FEES
    (Residential lease or mixed unfurnished or furnished subject to the law of 07/06/1989)
    Fees charged to the landlord/owner (O), equivalent to those charged to the tenant (T)
    Intermediary = 3% of annual rent including charges
    Visit, constitution of the tenant’s file and drafting of the lease = 8 €/m2 of living space at the expense of the O&T
    Inventory = €3/m2 of living space at the expense of the O&T

    Fees for managing the litigation file = €96 at the expense of the landlord/owner

    Working hours = 90€/h
    Non-working hours before 22H00 = 150 €/h
    Non-working hours from 22:00 to 06:00 = 220 €/h

    COMMERCIAL OR PROFESSIONAL LEASE
    20% of the annual rent payable by the tenant - charge not included
    Fees for writing acts for each party (on the annual rent X 9) = 0.72%
    Fees for writing acts for each party: triennial review = 450 €

    Medium lengh rental management (1-12 months rental) = 15% on revenue generated

    MARAYO does not hold any funds on behalf of its clients and receives from them only the payment of its fees.
